We are hiring for two positions at an international manufacturing company in Binh Duong:

1. MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Main requirements:

• At least 2 years of Accounting or Finance experience.
• Experience in OEM or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel skills.
• BKIT accounting, SAP or ERP experience is preferred.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare costing and PPV reports by SKU and production order.
• Analyse actual versus standard costs, variances and loss allowances.
• Support rolling forecasts, inventory reports and month-end closing.
• Work with cross-functional teams on cost optimisation.

1. COST ACCOUNTANT

Main requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of VAS, IFRS and manufacturing costs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems and accounting tools.
• CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA or Big Four experience is an advantage.

Main responsibilities:

• Collect and validate fixed and variable cost data.
• Analyse actual manufacturing costs against standard costs.
• Reconcile cost reports with accounting systems.
• Prepare product pricing and profitability reports.
• Recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Support month-end closing and physical inventory inspections.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Multinational experience is preferred.
